Shipping & returns

All orders for IN-STOCK items are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.
Pre-Orders will ship out once we receive them from our manufacturers and inspect them.
Most pre-orders will add 3-4 weeks to your overall shipping. 

Due to the fact that our product is something that is intended to come in contact with the body. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All of our jewelry is brand new and unworn and we stand by this statement

All jewelry will be steam cleaned and carefully packaged. Press-Fit (Threadless) end pieces will be pre-bent with an industry standard post, prior to shipping. If you would like your piece(s) of jewelry run through a full sterilization cycle in our Statim 2000 autoclave, please search "sterilization cycle" from the website, add it to your cart and let us know which pieces to sterilize. 

Heavy gauge stone plugs and wood plugs will NOT be steam cleaned or sterilized. 

All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping times are based on the time that the package is received into the UPS system, which may not be until the following business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a UPS tracking number. Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as the package has been received in the UPS system.

Keep in mind that orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Since customs policies vary from country to country, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information.

We offer the option for in-store pickup and orders will be held for two weeks. To pick up your order, you’ll need your order number and a government-issued photo ID.

As of May 2024, all packages are fully insured through UPS. While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives safe and sound, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you package hasn't arrived 14 days after we sent you a shipping/tracking confirmation, check out the UPS website for instructions on how to file an insurance claim. https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/contact-us.page

 

Returns

Jewelry cannot be returned. As body jewelry is a personal item, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on jewelry once it leaves our studio. (You wouldn’t want to buy previously-worn jewelry). However, if there is an issue with the manufacturing of an item you receive, contact us and we will either perform a return or an exchange. 

Apparel may be returned in original, unworn condition.

If your jewelry arrives broken, please contact us to arrange for a replacement!

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of damaged or defective items.
