The spiral will allow you to have the appearance of double piercings while wearing the jewelry through 1 piercing. This is a seam style ring. It may require minimal shaping/bending for a great fit for each person. 

Seen most often in nostril, ear cartilage, and earlobe piercings. 

Available in 14k Nickel-Free Gold or Niobium.
