Studio 51/50 Convert Pokey Back to Press-Fit end

Have you fallen in love with the ultra-comfy flatback stud life like we have? Do you no longer wear your traditional earrings and are saddened that those valuable pieces get neglected? We may be able to modify them into something that is comfortable to wear 24/7!

We can offer this on most solid gold traditional "pokey back" studs. 
We soak your earrings in an enzymatic foam, ultrasonic clean at 163F (73C). This removes all body oils, soaps, dirt, etc. We then sterilize the studs in our state of the art Statim Autoclave. The steam in this process reaches 270F. This makes your jewelry inert and safe for us to handle.

We then remove your original posts and laser weld a stiff steel pin that is compatible with our flat back titanium studs. Solid Gold flatbacks also available here.

Before shipping anything to us, send multiple clear pictures of your earrings from a side view so we can see the shape of the setting to determine whether or not this modification is possible. When shipping your jewelry to us, be sure to insure the package for the value of the earrings. We are not responsible for jewelry that is lost during shipping. When shipping your jewelry back to you, we will do the same.
