Our dazzling Forte ends are now available in implant-certified titanium. This classic design beautifully displays four sparkling 1.5mm or 2mm gems in a wide range of colors.

 Available in 2 sizes. The larger piece measures 5.6mm across and the smaller is just over 4mm across.  These super low-profile pieces are available with most Swarovski gems colors.
