Twisted Seam Rings are made of solid 14k Gold. All of our gold is sourced in the U.S.A. and is nickel-free.

For size selecting:
18g, 16g, 14g are the thickness of the wearable surface.
11/32" (9mm) is the inside diameter of the ring.
