We make these specifically for right OR left ear daith piercings. Make sure you get the correct side. The smaller mushroom is adorable and functional! It will prevent this piece from spinning around, leaving the larger mushroom to stand loud and proud in center stage.

The seam is placed above the larger mushroom to keep it far away from the piercing channel and for ease of insertion.
